Amcroft’s solution included the acquisition of the AA’s surplus Grade II listed headquarters and the simultaneous delivery of a 40,000 sq ft office and new high tech warehouse.

Amcroft’s services to the AA included the design, construction and project management of the new facility, together with the successful application for planning permission to convert the former headquarters, Widmerpool Hall, to luxury apartments, together with the sympathetic redevelopment of the grounds.

The solution was undertaken as a side by side arrangement with the AA, on an ‘open book’ basis, with development proceeds being shared between the parties.
